Land and villa Pinoso / Hondon Valley

Always wanted a large piece of land/plot? We have various plots for you ranging in size from 5,000 m2, 10,000 m2, 15,000 m2 or 20,000 m2 in the neigberhoud of Pinoso (8 - 20 km).

These plots of land are legal to build on. We have already done the paperwork and permission from the municipality to have the villa of your dreams built on it has already been obtained. There is also a connection for water and electricity so that you are assured of these facilities when your house is finished.

Our standard villa (from 295.000 excl plot) has 3 bedrooms, a large living room and 2 bathrooms. If you prefer 4 bedrooms or want an extra floor, or a L villa, that is also possible. Also included in the price is a large swimming pool of 4x8 and a double garage. This garage does not have to be located next to the house, but you can also place it elsewhere on the site and is suitable for turning into an extra guesthouse, studio or workspace, for example.

We have a number of show homes so you can see what the villa will be like, not just from a drawing. Each plot will have a fence and an entrance gate. Some plots overlook citrus, almond or olive trees. We have various plots and homes, where all the preparatory and sometimes lengthy paperwork has already been done.
