• Client acquisition and real estate in the area.
• Achievement of direct sales targets
• Personalised advice to buyer clients and real estate agents throughout the sales process
• Continuous market research of the area
• Sales management, marketing and networking activities
• Planning and management of visits

Skills

• Resolute, committed and proactive profile
• Negotiation, acquisition and closing of transactions skills
• Knowing how to establish links with clients
• Strong commercial and strategic skills
• Loyalty and sense of belonging

Essential requirements

• B driving licence and availability to move around the area
• High level of English and French
• Intermediate level in computing
• Immediate incorporation
